Loved it. Stopped by Dalian by chance. The locals were very friendly but this hotel was something extra. Food was great. Rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable and had a great view. Staff were so friendly and sincerely made me feel welcome. Except for two shy waiters even the ones who didn't speak english tried their best to make sure I had everything I needed. Will definitely revisit.
A really nice property, great location, attentive and friendly service. The one main thing we had problems with was the air-conditioning in the room. It just wasn't adequate to provide any cooling. We had them come several times to check but each time they said it was operating fine, even though it was between 23 and 25 degrees inside when set on 16. It made it difficult to sleep.
Waste of location and view. Despite the price and Brand, there is no AC in the room during this season — absolutely unacceptable for a 5-star hotel. It smells muddy and stale inside, like a damp Canton alley. If I had known there was no air conditioning, I would’ve run the other way.
