Grand Hyatt DFW Connected to the airport

The BEST place to stay at the start or stop of any trip. Deja, the Rooms Coordinator, is such a wonderful asset. She checks in before and during your stay with expert level communication. Gavriel at the Met Lounge is an absolute joy. The rooms are comfortable and the airport convenience can't be topped. We've been happily staying here since our wedding night in 2008, and have no plans to stop.

This review is only for the food court in the lobby area. I could get a chicken sandwich, coffee, and salad for 30 $ with a tip for one person. This is really the best deal in the airport I have seen. I believe in hospitality and affordability in airports and they provided the same. I loved the salad and burger. I usually don't give 5 stars but this time they deserve it. A suggestion would be a sign at the escalator that you have a restaurant upstairs. I was here by mere guess.

When most stay here it’s because of a flight delay and/or unfortunate circumstances. If you have the ability, this hotel is far and away a much more nice and convenient option than anything an airline would offer you. Staff understands customer service. Rooms are clean. Food is good.
