I’ve been coming to this hotel since 2016, and it truly feels like home. It’s a very family-friendly place, and every time I stay here, I feel a sense of comfort and familiarity. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect. This hotel has everything we need – from great facilities to excellent service. It’s become a special part of our family memories, and I honestly can’t imagine staying anywhere else. Highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a place that feels more like a home than just a hotel!

Absolutely immaculate! The Grand Hyatt Dubai exceeded every expectation – from the stunning lobby to the beautifully designed rooms, everything was spotless and luxurious. The staff were incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, making the entire experience feel seamless and special. The pool area is gorgeous, the restaurants offer top-quality food with fantastic variety, and the views of the skyline are breathtaking. Every detail was perfection. Truly one of the best hotel stays I’ve ever had – 5 stars without a doubt!

I truly expected a much higher standard from a property that advertises itself as a 5-star hotel. For such a large and supposedly luxurious place, having only one Tesla charger is unacceptable. It’s constantly occupied, which meant I had to waste time waiting or look for charging elsewhere — not something guests should have to deal with at a premium hotel. On top of that, the customer service was far from what I’d expect at this level. One of the employees I spoke to clearly did not know how to handle her job professionally. While I was on an important call with her, she actually hung up on me in the middle of my sentence. No apology, no explanation — just ended the call. That kind of behavior is not only unprofessional but also disrespectful to guests who are paying for a premium experience. For the price and the 5-star rating, I expected attentive, well-trained staff and facilities that match the size and reputation of the hotel. Unfortunately, both the amenities and the service fell far short of that.
