Grand Hyatt Guangzhou

We had a fantastic 3-night stay at Grand Hyatt Guangzhou. The staff went above and beyond, especially in accommodating my wife’s food allergies with safe, delicious alternatives every day. Special thanks to Susan Liang at the Club Lounge for her warm and helpful service, and to Alice Deng from F&B who personally followed up to ensure everything was perfect. Housekeeping was also top-notch — our room was always spotless and refreshed promptly. A truly thoughtful and well-run hotel. Highly recommended!

I'd like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding support provided by the front desk staff member, Lee, on Level 1. During my recent stay in China, I encountered some logistics and delivery issues with a parcel. Lee went above and beyond to assist me—he patiently helped me navigate the situation and communicated with the delivery personnel on my behalf. His helpfulness and compassion truly stood out. He is an asset to the team, and I’m deeply grateful for his assistance.

Location is pretty good, 5 mins walk to mall and restaurants. Room layout is weird, not very suitable for family with small kids. The breakfast was really bad, standard way lower than other Grand Hyatt hotels. Half the stations were closed, items were not replenished in time, leaving empty stations around. The price is definitely not worth getting their breakfast, a short walk to nearby restaurants to get local breakfast was way more worth it. Would not really chose this hotel again.
