Grand Hyatt Hong Kong

Excellent service throughout. Every staff is professional and genuinely welcomes you. Room condition is great. Also great value for the harbor view sometimes. Inside hotel there are also great restaurants. The only thing is while this is a great location for business trip, I don’t think it’s too convenient for vacationers. The surrounding areas has nothing to eat and not easy to find your ways around. Lots of constructions and you can’t walk to the harbor. The Convention Centre station isn’t a convenient station for popular touristy areas as it always requires transfer at busy places. Basically taking the taxi is the most convenient way. There’s access to a nice playground which is amazing for family travelers. The Renaissance next door is much more well connected to subway station but if price difference isn’t huge definitely choose Hyatt for much better service and room conditions.

Had an incredible experience with this hotel, and I will absolutely come back on my next trip to Hong Kong. The rooms are comfortable and the amenities are great (well equipped gym, spa). The breakfast buffet and Grand Club are also among the best at Grand Hyatt’s I’ve been to. Among all these great features, what truly stood out was the service. When I arrived early in the morning, they allowed me to check in early because a room was available, and when I had travel disruption, they were very helpful. Not only was this the best hospitality experience I have had in Hong Kong, but the property is truly stand-out.

The room is great. We booked the Grand king suite. The size for the suite is perfect for 4 of us. The view from the room is enjoyable, with a cup of tea, I can sit in front of the window for hours. The club lounge has different varieties of food to choose. Location is great. If you want to try local food, just need to walk around 6 mins and there are plenty of local food with affordable price.
