Grand Hyatt Incheon

3 minutes from the airport and very luxurious hotel. Staff is just incredible, taking care of every request and super friendly. Breakfast buffets was outstanding with a large variety of foods. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Bathroom added to the luxury of the room with bidet/toilet and shower/tub setup. Would definitely stay here again.

Help yourself to refresh before your long flight! It was such an amazing stay with a great service. It’s all excellent experience as you expected from The Hyatt. We chose to have an airport view room , the view is amazing! Also, They’re happy to give us a late check out due to our flight time. Im now ready for my long flight and I feel I’ve recovered from my 3weeks travel .

I stay here for 3 months for my work and the staff here are amazing especially 김낙현 that took care of us very well. He’s the best service in driving and taking care of his guest very careful and considerate. With his kind words, it makes us feel warm and comfortable all the time. He always ask and provide helps. And 이 명 회 when i first called her to help me iron the clothes. She was very careful to teach and give me support for my work. And always have smile on her face. I also like the restaurant at the hotel. It was very delicious and staff are very hard working especially Andrew and his friends. They are very hard workers and very kind. The hotel itself also very comfortable. The swimming pool, spa and sauna are up to standard, clean and well maintained.
