I stayed for 5 days. My room has a lovely sea view. I enjoyed the stay. Service was very good. In dining facilities and services are excellent. Hotel amenities are great. Recommend to stay in this hotel for your trip.

The service from valet to check-in was impeccable. The rooms are exceptionally clean and spacious. I especially appreciated the separate door dividing the sleeping area from the entryway, which includes a walk-in area, minibar, and bathroom. The balcony offers stunning views of Izmir and the sea. The hotel is also connected to a large shopping mall. Loved everything about this hotel.

It’s a brand new hotel with great views. However, quality of the product in the rooms are quite low for a luxury hotel. Bed mattress was so bad and dipping. We could not have comfortable sleep and ended up with back pain. You would expect a decent mattress instead of cheap one. There was really bad sewage smell in the room, I think it was coming from the sink. I think they chose the worst hair dryer to purchase. Extremely loud and weak even on max fan. The pool was shut during our stay but this was not clearly advertised on the booking site. Breakfast was ok, had lots of options but food quality was average. Fresh tea was great but orange juice was awful. No one asked us about our stay until check out! Shame, we had a such a high expectations.
