Grand Hyatt Jakarta

I recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt Jakarta for 3 days and had a truly wonderful experience. From the moment I arrived, the service was impeccable. Special thanks to Mr. Paolo, who was exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive throughout my stay. He ensured everything went smoothly and made me feel very well taken care of. The hotel itself is elegant and well-maintained, with spacious rooms, excellent dining options, and a prime location in the heart of the city. Whether you're visiting for business or leisure, I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Jakarta — and if you're lucky, you'll be assisted by Mr. Paolo, whose hospitality truly stands out.

Very Iconic hotel in Jakarta as it's situated right in the heart of the capital city. Though it's one of the oldest hotel in Jakarta as well, but it's well maintained and the service as well as the food is outstanding. They have wide variety of food to choose for breakfast, lunch and dinner. As if that the chef have their own surprise culinenary everyday in western, Japanese, Chinese and even traditional style cuisines which always ruined my diet. For our family, the other main attraction is its large and unique design of the swimming pool, makes you feel that you're elsewhere. Sitting by the window whilst looking at the "Bunderan HI" is also a priceless moment. Always happy to be here.

European prices, but in Europe they can't offer these kind people, great service and quality. Awesome breakfast and dinner options. Only feedback is that the airco could be more quiet. If I could give 6 stars I would. We love our stay here and will come back.
