Great time!We stayed a total of 10 days here. Great spot on the island for exploring. Great pool - even better beach area. Walkable too if you’re into that. Alondra at the front office was amazing! Overwhelmingly kind and helpful. Can’t say enough great things about her helpfulness! Thank you!
The resort greats you with the most stunning view of the seaside, as you’re given a complementary lei. The hotel offers many exciting activities, I especially enjoyed the hula dancing in the morning. Though activities do need to be signed up for online. There are two main sections of areas to swim. There is the normal poolside area and then there is a replica of a lagoon with sand. Both offer many seats in the shade. Then back in the hotel, there is a place called Seaview Terrace. It’s a wonderful restaurant that serves food with a great view of the beach. Sometimes in the afternoon there’s live music. In my opinion I preferred the food the hotel offered over some spots across the island (not saying there’s some great local spots). If you want to truly experience the Hawaiian culture, this is the place to be!
There are no words for how relaxing and beautiful this resort truly is. Although we started out with a little confusion around our ocean view room not being ocean view - the front desk was quick to work and change our room. The adult only pool is an awesome advantage for couples not traveling with young ones. You can access all the pools and the lagoon is spot on. The beach at the resort is amazing you might even see a seal or turtle. We did the Share the Stars private dinner beach side and well worth the price tag. The resort is older but very well maintained. The staff at all the restaurants are so friendly and all the food has been amazing. Lastly, take advantage of those personal photo shoots, our pictures were fabulous. Concierge was very friendly and quick to get us on whatever we desired. This resort speaks to couples and families which is awesome. Be prepared to walk a lot the resort is very large.
