Grand Hyatt Kunming

My recent visit to the Grand Hyatt Kunming was an exceptional experience, truly setting a high bar for luxury and comfort. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the hotel's beautiful design and thoughtfully decorated interiors, which seamlessly blend modern aesthetics with subtle nods to local Yunnan culture. Every space felt sophisticated and inviting. The luxurious rooms truly elevated my stay. My spacious accommodation offered stunning city views and featured an impressive array of technology. Integrated smart controls for lighting, curtains, and climate made customizing my environment effortless and convenient. It felt like every detail was considered for guest comfort. I also made sure to take advantage of the hotel's excellent recreational facilities. The gym and pool areas were fantastic. The fitness center was well-equipped and spacious, and the indoor pool offered a serene environment for a refreshing swim after a day of exploring Kunming. These high-quality amenities contributed significantly to a relaxing stay. Breakfast each morning was absolutely fabulous. The extensive buffet presented a delightful array of international and local dishes, all prepared with fresh, high-quality ingredients. It was the perfect start to each day, offering both variety and exceptional flavors. The Grand Hyatt Kunming undoubtedly delivers a top-tier experience for travelers seeking luxury and convenience.

I have stayed at many Hyatt’s this summer in China and this is one of best. Walter, Taylor, Collin and team are so wonderful. The rooms are super clean and I enjoyed the lounge. The location is next to a mall, so convenient! I look forward to staying here again.

The Grand Hyatt Kunming officially opened on August 6, 2024, as part of the Spring City 66 mixed-use development in Kunming, China. Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced the opening on August 5, 2024, according to a press release. The hotel features 331 guest rooms and suites, state-of-the-art amenities, and diverse dining options. Buffet Breakfast isn’t the most extensive but all that we ate tasted very good, which is more important than having many but not great tasting. Highly recommended property in Kunming.
