I had a wonderful experience visiting the Grand Hyatt Downtown Nashville. The valet attendants were amazing. They offered me water and were very polite and attentive. The R and R Wellness Spa was amazing! I enjoyed the floating guided meditation. I was so relaxed that I drifted off to sleep. The employees were so friendly and welcoming. This experience is one that I will definitely remember. After the guided meditation the staff provided water as well as a glass of wine that was quite refreshing. I also would like to add that the rooftop view is Phenomenal!
Friendly staff, quick and informative check in. Beautiful views. Clean and spacious rooms. Quiet halls. Perfect location. Valet is slow so accommodate additional time. Inside staff is phenomenal. Alex was very helpful in accommodating our stay and saving the day!
I stayed at the Grand Hyatt this past weekend while in Nashville. The hotel is very nice. The lobby is beautiful. My room was very spacious and clean. I had a decent view of the city from my room. DJ at the front desk made check in super easy. He was very friendly and gave suggestions of places we should go. The pool area is nice. Chairs are kind of hard to come since people are holding chairs. Everything about the hotel was good except for the bartenders in the rooftop lounge. They were not very friendly and pick and chose who they wanted to serve. I sat for several minutes and they walked back and forth before anyone acknowledged I was even there. Trying to get a drink or pay the tab was almost impossible. I stood at the bar for atleast 5 minutes trying to get another glass of wine and close out my tab. If I didn't stop the bartender and say hey can I get another drink and close my tab no telling how many times they would have looked me on my face and kept walking. If I didn't have a card on file I would have left the money for the glass of wine on the counter and left. Overall the hotel is really nice and in a very good location. It's located only a few blocks from where everything is going on, on Broadway. I would definitely stay here again.
