Grand Hyatt San Antonio River Walk

This hotel truly deserves greater recognition for its exceptional qualities. I have stayed here many times, and each visit leaves me increasingly impressed. The staff consistently go above and beyond, making every stay memorable. While I may not recall everyone's names, I want to give a special shout-out to Henry at the front desk, who provided outstanding service during my recent visit. His dedication perfectly reflects the excellence that the entire team at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio consistently delivers.

I stayed here for a conference this week and had a great time. It was easy access to the conference center from the hotel, and right on the river. We were able to find plenty of places to eat either at the hotel, or at restaurants and bars nearby on the river walk. The staff was very kind and attentive, despite a very busy conference and having thousands of people staying at the hotel. My room was very comfortable and clean. It also was only about 20 or so minutes from the airport.

This is our favorite hotel in San Antonio. The location is perfect for vacationers, business travelers and tourists. It is reasonably priced with a newly added restaurant inside. The food is great with a live band. The hotel staff are always very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.
