Beautiful hotel with fantastic service people who are all super helpful. The rooms are beautiful. I opted for the club access which was worth the money. Will stay again when I return to Shenzhen.
The rooms were spacious and comfy, they provide you with everything you might need. Enough sockets and a charging station. Really loved their breakfast, combining western and local cuisine.
Check in process was a dread. That’s my only complaint here during my stay. They have 4-5 staffs working but for some reason the check in process took 15-20 mins of us waiting in line and a longer line formed behind us. However the rooms are very spacious, we really enjoyed our room. Everything was perfect. It’s conveniently located near shopping malls so that was great!
