Grand Hyatt Taipei

The Grand Hyatt Taipei truly impressed us during our recent visit! The location is fantastic, putting us right where we wanted to be for exploring the city. What really stood out, however, was the excellent service from start to finish. A special shout-out goes to Elsa at the cafe breakfast buffet. She was absolutely wonderful! Despite the busy atmosphere, Elsa remembered our drink preferences, our names, and even took the time to make friendly conversation each morning. Her attentive and personalized service made our breakfasts truly special. Overall, an excellent experience and we highly recommend the Grand Hyatt Taipei!

A classic and elegant hotel that exudes that iconic Grand Hyatt charm for a comparably reasonable price. I didn’t know what to imagine about this hotel before I visited. I was told it was the one of the biggest hotel in Taipei… and the most haunted. As it turns out, only one of those things are true. Fortunately for me, I have not been affected by the kind of malignant brain damage to believe in such superstitious garbage. The spa was nothing short of fantastic, similar to Japanese style ones where there is a cold and hot pool. The service was excellent. Especially Elsa who catered to our requests delightfully and with such a remarkable personality. She remembered my mother who visited last year! Astonishing. Its staff like her who make a hotel stay feel really special, with that extra human connection.

Had a wonderful stay at Grand Hyatt Taipei. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was truly exceptional — the staff were attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Location is unbeatable, just steps away from Taipei 101 and close to public transport. I also enjoyed the variety of food options and the overall atmosphere of the hotel. Highly recommended for both leisure and business travelers!
