Absolutely amazing place to stay while visiting Tokyo. I can't not compliment enough about the service here at Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Everyone was topnotch, from bellman, to front desk and staff in the club lounge. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip back to Tokyo.
Exceptional service especially for a Globalist with the perks such as the lounge. The staff is phenomenal and great service. It is an expensive Hyatt sometimes to expensive. Lounge is great and one of the better lounges I’ve seen next the Grand Hyatt Melbourne. Breakfast is awesome and well stoked. Overall, enjoyed the hotel depending on where you are looking to get around Rappongi can be a bit trickier. Would recommend especially to Globalists. Sauna, steam, and cold plunge was a nice touch too!
A heartfelt thank you to Grand Hyatt Tokyo for the kind of authentic, old-school service that’s rare to find these days. The view from my room was spectacular, and the concierge team was simply outstanding. After an unfortunate incident at a local restaurant that denied me entry without reason, the concierge personally came to my room with a plate of cherries to apologize and insisted on gifting me dinner. That level of care and empathy doesn’t go unnoticed. Grateful for such a thoughtful and graceful stay. I’ll be back.
