Grand Hôtel Champs Elysées

To start off, I’d like to sincerely thank Aicha for her incredible efforts in making sure my family and I had a comfortable stay and were able to enjoy our time. She was honestly one of the most genuine human beings I’ve ever met, always thoughtful, even down to adding that extra coffee packet just in case. What an amazing person she is. After saying all that, I’d also like to thank the hotel in general for everything they provided. A special thanks goes to Jana for helping us with our luggage and for being so cooperative and supportive. Thank you, Grand Hotel, for making our stay truly memorable.

What can I say but Thank you! The staff was incredible- always friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. From the concierge coordinating birthday decoration’s and a cake in room for my husband’s 50th birthday upon our arrival, to the wonderful treats left in our room daily from the staff. Our room was quite large, impeccably clean and well maintained, we loved the huge outside terrace to watch the city and enjoy our breakfast. The jacuzzi tub was also amazing to soak in after a long day of exploring Paris. The daily breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. The hospitality staff went out of their way to make sure we had our favorite coffee and breakfast goodies each morning as well. The hotel location was also perfect, within walking distance of all the major attractions. I can’t recommend this hotel enough and so grateful we stayed at the Grand Hotel Champs-Elysees and we will certainly be back to stay during our next trip to Paris!

Excellent experience, especially with two amazing personnel, Daniel and Laura. Daniel is thorough, gracious, extremely helpful, always with a smile, making sure all is good with the customer, his smile never wavers, and his words are always comforting. Laura is gracious, kind smile never waivers and is always there. Both are phenomenal and It was a pleasure to meet them. Both oral language and the grasp of English is amazing. I had an interesting time speaking in Arabic With Daniel.
