An unforgettable stay at Grand Hôtel Les Endroits! Our stay at Grand Hôtel Les Endroits in La Chaux-de-Fonds was absolutely exceptional. Situated at 1,111 meters above sea level, just a five-minute drive from the city center, the hotel offers a perfect balance of nature and proximity to urban life. Our room was incredibly comfortable and elegantly furnished, featuring modern amenities and stunning views of the surrounding landscape. We were particularly impressed by the award-winning gourmet restaurant, recognized with 13 Gault Millau points and recommended by the Michelin Guide, offering an exquisite selection of regional specialties. The 1,000 m² wellness area, complete with indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna park, and a fitness room, provided pure relaxation and rejuvenation. The modern seminar and banquet facilities, along with the lounge bar and wine cellar, made the experience even more delightful. The staff was consistently friendly, professional, and attentive, which made our stay all the more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary parking available directly at the hotel. We highly recommend Grand Hôtel Les Endroits to anyone seeking a luxurious and relaxing retreat in a beautiful setting. We can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

At the top of the hill overlooking La Chaud de Fonds in Neuchâtel in the western part of Switzerland. Great staff, all spoke English. Rooms are a little dated but perfectly fine. Recent spa and the restaurant was really popular at lunch although we did not eat there. The locals must know something!

This hotel has great potential and sadly it falls at each level. The standard of rooms are below average for the price. No attention to detail and no quality furniture - just cheap and simple - not reflecting the price they charge. I feel like I’m in a cheap quick roadside hotel not one that is supposed to be an experience. The location is not ideal -there is nothing close by so you are isolated and forced to use their services which are also limited and overpriced with small portions. The flys in the dining room were unbearable - it indicates a deeper problem with the hygiene. Today I could not handle it and simply left my food and as of now am looking for another hotel to stay at. I hope this review helps others. There was great potential but clearly the management don’t take care for the experience of its clients. Choose another hotel.
