Grand Istana Rama Hotel

I stayed for 2 weeks and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding — everyone was so friendly and attentive. The staff even surprised me with a sweet birthday gesture, which truly made my stay special. The hotel is located right across the street from the ocean, and the view is stunning. The pool area is beautiful and relaxing, with plenty of loungers always available — it never felt crowded. I highly recommend this place!

Very friendly staff. They were helpful with every request. The DJ and live band were entertaining, if not ultra skilled. The hotel pool has a swim-up bar! Hotel is right across the street from a Great beach. I body surf, and the waves were super fun at low tide. The surfers were mostly learners, but the local surfers were tolerant. I would definitely stay here again. That’s me with the friendly and helpful concierge!

We stayed for two days in this beautiful property. Excellent service and friendly staff. Location wise it is opposite the beach and tourists can access the beach,party or shop. I just loved the importance given to greenery especially the grand Banyan tree which is home to squirrels and birds. They arrange to feed the squirrels. They have small ponds and fountains with koi fish which can be fed by guests. The food at the hotel was excellent and their breakfast options was quite impressive. We had a late flight though we checked out at 12 we stayed in the lobby till 5. It was a memorable holiday for us
