I have been here more than 5 times, the atmosphere here is very good and quite calm, for those who do not know this hotel is connected to the mall so access is very easy. For the service I really like it because the service is very good and friendly, I had the chance to tell a story with the security guard and was served until you told a long story. I highly recommend this hotel for vacations or business trips
One of 5 star hotel at Pekanbaru Strategic locatian and In areas with Pekanbaru Mall, near Sudirman street food I think besides for business trips, this hotel is suitable for family vacations There is a direct access door to the mall
Almost every ascept is great, but the location sometimes a bit miss, some room are loud thump sound from bass audio caused by near mall center with pub/bar(?) its pretty loud at night. Service from staff is best, and room quality is excellent
