A great choice and we will return again after a truly lovely stay with a large family group. Staff are amazingly helpful, polite and willing to go above and beyond across the hotel. Great location, overlooking the promenade, cycle hire point and duckboats to the Elizabeth Castle in the bay. Rooms were clean and spacious and buffet breakfast was a treat.
Just out of town, this lovely hotel offers first class customer service and super comfy rooms, all with air con and a real charm to them. Ive stayed there for the past 3 years whilst on business and can highly recommend a stay. Not noisy like the town based hotels, you get great value for money and stunning views of Elizabeth Castle too
I really wish I could give this place a higher rating. The customer service was immaculate and the food was just out of this world! I’ve travelled all over and never re visited a hotel but I will definitely be coming back to this one in a heart beat! The rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Thank you to the chef, hotel staff and cleaners for such an amazing stay!
