Grand Jomtien Palace Hotel

Room 801 was great! It was very clean, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The sea view was wonderful, the bed was extremely comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. I highly recommend a staff member named Khun Milk, who was particularly helpful. And the hotel also has a swimming pool and parking, as well as a very convenient minimart nearby. It's an excellent place for a relaxing stay.

Great location, room is spacious and in good shape and perfectly functional. Good value. But service staffs can be hit or miss. They are mostly courteous but may not be able to explain details of service fully. (I was mis-sold breakfast on day that I didn't want [was making a 2-days stay but only want 1 breakfast] because staff was unable to explain breakfast was included on one day already--the other day was a holiday so breakfast was included).

All kind staff and great facilities but you enter a room with no air conditioner. The aircon didn’t work so we slept in the heat for one night. It’s still broken so we told them and instead of relocating guest to a different room. They told you the technician is fixing the problem so you have to stay outside for the period of time. They don’t tell you how long. What a way for them to treat their guest.
