Grand Kadri Hotel

A great hotel with amazing service. They also graciously didnt charge us the cancellation fee for the last night even through they were within their rights.

I would have easily given the hotel 5 stars if it wasn’t for the lack of professionalism and carelessness when it comes to bookings, our reservation didn’t exist when we arrived to the hotel in the morning which is something that has never happened to us before, but the guys were helpful and managed to book us a room, it’s probably an issue with the PM staff.

My mother and I have been loyal, repeat visitors to this hotel, but our recent experience left us incredibly disappointed. Unfortunately, the owners come across as unwelcoming and aloof, creating an atmosphere that is far from warm or inviting. The staff and waiters rarely smile, and when they do, it feels forced and insincere. To make matters worse, my mother recently bought a thoughtful gift for the manager as a gesture of appreciation for giving us free croissants. Despite this, when I smiled at him later, he ignored me completely and didn’t acknowledge the kindness. This incident was a clear reflection of the hotel’s overall lack of genuine hospitality. Additionally, there was stains on the robe provided in our room—an unacceptable detail that raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and upkeep of the hotel. The unwelcoming atmosphere and lack of attention to cleanliness really detracted from our experience, and it’s hard to feel comfortable in a place where the staff doesn’t seem to care or appreciate their guests. We are extremely disappointed and will be reconsidering our future stays.
