Great location and nice ambience with great value for money. Very welcoming and friendly service. Check in process was smooth and quick, the receptionist Dea even allowed me to check in early. Great choice to stay in Jogja.
I chose the hotel simply due to its location. It's next to a shuttle company I used, i.e. Cititrans. So, it's really convenient for an early morning trip or late night arrival. The staff are all friendly. The room is quite clean but I think it needs refurbishment and some deep cleaning. The lamps inside the room are not enough. There is even a broken lamp on the bedside which causes the area around the bed look quite dark. The room looks so dim and outdated. The bathroom is clean enough, but it needs some uplifting on the basin area. The hotel claims that it is a 4-star hotel. But, from the room amenities and facilities, it's more suitable as a 2.5 - 3-star hotel. I may stay here again when I have an early morning trip or arrive late by Cititrans.
When we entered the hotel, there was a strong smell, and the air conditioning didn’t work. The breakfast wasn’t good. However, if you just need a place to sleep and shower, it’s fine.
