Grand Karat Sochi

The stay at the Grand Karat Sochi hotel left an unforgettable impression! I was especially captivated by the atmosphere of sincere warmth and attention from the staff, who created a feeling of care and exclusivity. This is really felt from the first minute! A special delight - amazing breakfasts on the "buffet" system. The variety is amazing, the quality of the products is impeccable, and the signature dishes became a real gastronomic discovery. And all this - with a magical view of the magnificent facade of the hotel and the endless sea! Having breakfast in such an environment is pure pleasure ☝🏼 I definitely recommend "Grand Karat Sochi" for impeccable service and a special atmosphere!

I stayed in this hotel for 8 days, the cleaning was not bad, the only difference was that the tiles on the floor were always stained and greasy. I felt like a builder in my room, there was construction about 400 meters from the hotel, I opened the balcony door and immediately there was construction noise and construction dust, after trying pancakes with oversalted minced meat for breakfast, I had heartburn. The food was not prepared well for breakfast. The wrong cook, the waiters were not attentive, they did not bring utensils for new dishes, they selectively offered champagne, I ate shakshuka soup for the first time. I never went to dinner again, the experimenter cook cooks poorly, it would be better for him to hang out in a roadside cafe. People in white bathrobes walk around the hotel. The face of the hotel, the administrator, is an uncombed creature with dirty hair and oily skin, by the way, when I tried to say hello when passing by, they ignored me. The pool is ultraviolet with construction dust, the beach is not comfortable, there is no toilet, no bar, the sun loungers are very close to each other, there were stinkers with the smell of alcohol and tobacco lying nearby, someone else's feet smell badly 40 cm from your head, I am not ready for such pleasures. Sochi is bad. And you help to put this rating, there was no rest, an uncomfortable existence. No sign on the door do not disturb. The owner should better take care of the hotel a little, fire the manager, train or hire trained employees, let the cooks go back to roadside cafes. I was here 5 years ago, nothing has changed. I will not even agree to stay here for free.

I did my internship at this hotel. I carried out all the instructions, all the tasks that the department heads gave me. As a result, they wrote negative comments in the internship report. They cannot provide any justification for this. The HR department does not want to talk about this, they are not going to comment on this in any way. The impressions after this establishment leave much to be desired. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, and especially to do an internship there. The employees treat potential employees simply disgustingly. I think they treat their guests the same way 👎
