At the heart of Kata beach, two steps from the food market and shops. Losing one star for not being a beachfront hotel. Rooms are like a small apartment with a huge balcony. Cleaning is OK, furnitures aren’t the best but comfortable enough. Although 2 stars lost for the quality of the bathroom and luck of sound proofing- the corridor activity is heard, we took 3 rooms and all of us slept very well. The pools are shared with those who have pool access so sometimes it felt like an invasion to their living space. Service was exceptional by everyone who works there that we encountered with

For the offered price it's a really good deal, we get a one room apartment with a spacious bathroom and balcony, we like it very much. We stay at the newer building, so the room and furniture is new, everything works well. The location is near the night market but quite distant from the beach, but if you rent a motorbike it is not a problem. They provide a parking lot for free. They asked for a 3000 bath deposit, which is quite annoying as we only stay for a short amount of time, but it quite makes sense if you stay for the long term, I guess. They do accept other currency for this deposit though, so you can use your bath somewhere else, like shopping or food. I see some complain about the cleaning, but I find it okay-ish, they clean everyday around 2 pm, not very clean swiping the floor but they take out trash, replace water and change towels if asked. We don't have time to check the 2 ground level pools, but the 5th floor pools have been out of commission for more than a month. For some reason, they turn off the water heater, but you can turn it on manually in the electric box

What a disaster. I went there with my family, and it turned into a nightmare. I was looking for a spacious 3-bedroom unit and booked directly with the hotel after calling to ask whether it was better to book direct or through Booking.com—they assured me that booking direct would be “more flexible.” So I did, paying the full amount in advance. When we arrived around 8 PM, we got the keys and entered the room—what a joke for a so-called “4-star” hotel. We couldn’t stay more than one night (we had booked three), but of course, the management didn’t care and refused to refund anything. Here’s a quick list of the issues we faced: - Paper-thin walls—you can hear everything and everyone on the floor. - Internet kept disconnecting - AC units placed on the balcony, making it unusable whenever the AC was on. - Very small rooms. - The rooms were extremely dark and felt depressing. - The sofa had a metal rod sticking out, making it impossible to sit comfortably. - One of the bedrooms didn’t even have a window—it felt like a prison cell. - There was a terrible smell in the bedroom, almost as if oil had soaked into the mattress. - The manager (can’t tell if it was a lady or a man) was extremely rude and literally walked away from me multiple times when I tried to discuss these problems. I would seriously caution anyone considering booking here. It was a huge disappointment and absolutely not worth the money.
