Grand Kingtown S Hotel Shanghai

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights, while my wife had some treatment at the hospital next door. All I can say is that I was extremely impressed by this hotel, both the room and service from staff. Due to the flight times we arrived at the hotel around 630am, we requested an early check in before arriving and were told that this might be possible form 1030am. But when we arrived at the front desk we were told that a room was ready and we could check in right away. Which was greatly welcomed after a red eye flight. All the staff are very helpful when dealing with problems, and very happy to engage with us even though we didn't speak much Chinese. During the stay my daughter was sick all over the bed one night, the front desk staff were very helpful in getting housekeeping to come to our room to change the bedding and make things as good as new. The room was very spacious and well kept with daily cleaning. Next to the hotel is a small family mart which is useful. We will be returning when we revisit shanghai

the hotel is in the middle of Chengdu city. the room is clean n tidy. the breakfast is superb with so many variety dishes. amd I enjoyed all the foods
