Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan

We stayed at one of the oldest hotel in the area compared to some of the newer ones nearby, but it turned out to be a great experience! The hotel room and corridors are very spacious, bright, and clean. Staffs were friendly and kid-friendly, which made our stay even more comfortable. There’s a cafe on level 7, and room service is available. A highlight is Warung Yeah! A sea-view cafe within walking distance from the hotel to Lagoi Bay. They also have a live band on Saturday night, which creates a lively atmosphere. The street lighting shines all the way at nights, so we can relax on the soft sea sand by the beach.

All the staff at Grand Lagoi Hotel Bintan were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. From check-in to check-out, everyone was helpful, polite, and always had a smile. Their warm hospitality truly made my experience even more enjoyable. Thank you for the excellent service!
