Grand Levent Hotel

We have been spending our August - September holidays at the Grand Levent Hotel For the past 5 years. When we compare the Grand Levent hotel to other hotels of similar class in the area, it is much better. What has satisfied us most are: -The beautiful green acres it is situated in and it's wide and airy rooms. -Staff which are extremely helpful and go out of their way to please holidaygoers, even in the most busy months. -The fact that sunning areas are always available on the beach at at the poolside. -The fact that its cuisine deserves far more than the 4 star rating it advocates. -The always smiling faces of the kitchen, restaurant and bar staff. -The cleanliness of the pool, restaurant and similar areas. A few suggestions to the staff for an even better experience: -Cleaning the rooms can be done throughout the day. It would be better is the quality control on the room cleaning service was improved. -Some clothes hangers in the bathrooms to hang clothes or towels would be appreciated and make bathroom comforts complete. We would like to thank all Hotel personnel who made our stays extremely enjoyable.

Sea is wonderful clean and neat. Dont forget your sea glasses. Hotel rooms are large enough and food was delicious( no lunch only breakfast and dinner).

I am so disappointed with this place...the room smells, the bathroom toilet is not clean, the water from the shower and tap isn't warm enough to have a shower and yet it is so tough that you can't soap yourself..after washing your skin feels like dry paper, the food is not good , the place is old and clearly needs renovation, there are NO neither water or tea in the room! You have to pay for that extra..yes it is right on the beach but it's not even a nice one...for one night family of 3 paid 165 euros..such a scam, never ever coming here!
