Nice hotel for families or adult travellers alike. It’s only a very short shuttle bus ride from right out the front of the hotel to the Disney parks. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The theming within the hotel is absolutely awesome. The food is good and you get rewarded for not having your room cleaned everyday. The rooms are a very nice size. Coach parking on site which is great too. Would happily stay here again. Only Issue is breakfast can be a bit chaotic
We just got back from Disney and had a 3 night stay at Grand Magic and it was lovely just perfect for our short trip. Rooms were clean towels changed everyday, buffet breakfast so nice selection for us and our 2 kids 7 & 4. There was a shuttle bus every 10 mins to Disney and stopped outside the train station. Overall I would recommend this hotel for any short breaks to Disney with kids we enjoyed it. Ps there was also some large inflatables in the garden and they allowed us to check out at 3pm our flight wasn’t until 8 so the extra time was appreciated!
Rooms weren't bad, the bunk bed was great for the kids. My only complaint was with all the plumbing fixtures. The sink and shower barely drained. Service was good, any staff I talked to were friendly. Breakfast was good, had lots of options which made it easy to find something for the kids to eat. Pool was quite cold so our swim didn't last too long. Location is close to Disney which is great, the bus comes by every 20 minutes so it made it easy to get there. There aren't many options for food in the immediate area though, we ended up walking to the nearby village to find dinner the first night, it was maybe a 20 minute walk.
