Grand Majestic Hotel Prague

Spotlessly clean good quality hotel located in the heart of Prague.Ideally placed for all major attractions. Our room was was good,breakfast choices were plentiful. All the staff were very friendly and any problems were dealt with immediately(housekeeping forgot to leave towels one day and toilet had a blockage). The only thing that could have been improved upon for us would have been a walk in shower as opposed to shower above bath. If we come to Prague again we would stay here again.

This is a4 star hotel located about 10 minutes from the Old Town of Prague and about 3 minutes a huge indoor shopping arcade with good restaurants and coffee shop. The staff in all areas of the hotel were polite and helpful. The breakfast was a display of everything you could want from my wife's favourite of porridge to fresh fruit and of course a full English of eggs , bacon and sausage. Our room was spacious and had a big bathroom. When the sink became blocked it was cleared the next day. All I would say is watch the buttons in the lift if u press the wrong floor you end going back down again to reception. Many thanks for a great stay.

I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout my life, but I have never encountered staff as rude, unprofessional, and disrespectful as the ones at this place. From the moment we arrived, the attitude was hostile. The staff openly use foul language, show no courtesy, and worst of all, they have absolutely no respect for women. My sister had an argument with a man at the front desk who was not only incredibly rude but also verbally aggressive and inappropriate. It was unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. This hotel doesn’t even deserve one star. The customer service is nonexistent, and the atmosphere is toxic. I strongly advise anyone — especially women or families — to stay away from this place. There are plenty of better options where guests are treated with basic human decency. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
