Ibrahim is a very nice and respectful person who excels at serving others. He genuinely cares about his job and treats everyone with full respect from the bottom of his heart. The restaurant is delightful, with a beautiful location adorned with flowers and charming decorations. I really enjoyed my room; it was neat and well-maintained, unlike anything I had seen before. The service was excellent, and Ibrahim made the experience enjoyable and relaxing. He has a great sense of humor that keeps me smiling daily. I was in room 608. Very clean and inviting. The housekeeper I had Wednesday and Thursday was an absolute wonderful woman! She absolutely made my stay a thousand times better! The gentleman who worked as servers in the restaurant who spoke English was amazing and friendly. I will be back in November and I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again! It felt like home!

What truly made my stay unforgettable, however, was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. I want to give a special mention to Mahmud and Eyyūp, who went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. Their kindness, professionalism, and genuine willingness to help truly made a difference—they are a credit to the hotel. it was offering helpful tips, making sure I was comfortable, or simply greeting me with a warm smile each day, their presence made the experience all the more special. I highly recommend Hotel Makel to anyone visiting Istanbul. With its spotless environment, excellent location, and extraordinary service, it’s a true gem in the city.
