I think the best way to enjoy this hotel is with your partner or family. The resort vibe is great. However, perhaps due to the lack of tourist destinations in Cepu, it seems challenging for them to maintain the hotel on a tight budget. As a result, it now looks like an old hotel, with some areas appearing abandoned. In my opinion, they need to pay more attention to the restroom and bathroom, as the water flow is crucial for some guests.
The hotel located in southwest of Cepu, resort type. Many things to improve; cleanliness and responsiveness for guests.
Stayed for a single night. And saw how untreated the place is. The most disgusting place I say was the bed and the couches. I happened to bring a UV light with me and I waited until night to use the lights and ended up revealing a very stained bed. I'm not sure if those are stains from other people since it was everywhere ( sheets, pillows, blankets, and even some of the couches. Overall due to its price being not as expensive as other resorts. The villa that My family rented was pretty cheap at 2,5million rupiah. I think I shouldn't expect to get a 5 star treatment and facility. But still. I think the bare minimum needs to be done to run this kind of resort.
