Awesome location Great security guards Friendly staff This hotel needs to be looked after. It looks like the staff don’t care enough There were a wet used towel near lift for a few days , then it got removed , somebody else dumped their dirty used towels by the rubbish bin . Ongoing Water issues but they were trying to fix it During my stay 2x no water all day Then no hot water, bath tub has only cold water. Food from restaurant is under average for what they charge Nice pool area, hallway is very dark Lobby is beautiful Staff friendly but at times crossed the line with very personal questions
*******Cockroach, cockroach , cockroach We arrived at the Hotel around 9PM. One of rooms have a big cockroach under the Bed. Maintenance of the hotel is poor. Hotel staff have changed room and downgraded the room. Staff are not apologetic when I have called them to the room to show what is found under the bed. Staff reaction is as if cockroach are common in their Hotel. Breakfast is not very well maintained in terms of hygiene as there are fly on the Breakfast food that is served at this hotel. I attached pictures for you to see. Check your beds carefully for pest and check your food and its surroundings before eating.
A Total Letdown – Don’t Waste Your Money I’ve stayed at many 4-star hotels, and this one doesn’t even come close. The room was filthy. Dust everywhere, stains on the furniture, and the bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in weeks. The toilet and sink had marks I don’t even want to describe. Even worse, I saw ANTS at the breakfast buffet. Insects where people eat is beyond unacceptable. And guess what? On the second day, no one came to clean our room or even check in to replace the tea, coffee, or towels. Zero service. This hotel seriously needs an overhaul — from the housekeeping to the kitchen hygiene. It’s misleading to call this a 4-star property. I’d never come back.( should be ranked as 1 star ) It felt like the staff had completely forgotten about guest care after check-in.
