Grand Mercure Ambassador Hotel and Residences Seoul Yongsan

Great location. Nice room with the view of Seoul. I would say its really comfortable stay. During my 2 months. The front desk staff are really helpful on whatever my request is. Hotel facility are fantastic, they equipped you with your long stay. EX. Rice cooker , pot and pan, coffee machine etc. The only thing they could improve is housekeeping. They sometime forget thing to refill, during my stay. I need to called and ask for my water refill most of the time about 2 weeks.

I stayed here with my wife for a week-long conference and sight-seeing. The hotel was perfect for this. Room was excellent, with all the amenities we required. Location very good indeed with a covered walkway leading to Yongsan railway station and the I-park Shopping Mall.

This hotel is amazing. Rooms are super nice, staff is very helpful. The facilities are out of this world. The fitness center has a very large sauna and the gym has all brand new high end equipment. We stayed here 3 nights and extended for another 3 nights.
