Grand Mercure Batam Centre

Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! 🌟 The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day. Facilities were top-notch, from the well-equipped gym to the refreshing swimming pool. The staff was friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. Great location too! Definitely recommended for both business and leisure stays. 👌

Since I planned to arrive to Grand Mercure the service was great, I had some requests and the back office team helped me to managed it as I asked. During the check in the service was smooth and the team is very friendly. Rooms are very new and clean - all small details. I had also good experience with Denny from F&B section - he was helpful and nice. Overall this hotel is very new - great rooms and views. It's in developing area so I believe soon also the surrounding will be nice. If you like modern large hotels with a good service for very affordable price I can really recommend it. Thanks

Location was very strategic and close to Batam centre. Walking distance to One Batam Mall. Kudos to Chef Denny and the kitchen team for the delicious spread, the wonderful service and the staffs are always ready to assist with a smile. Since its just opened for 2 weeks, the aircon was slightly strong for us (too cold even after adjusting 🤣) and the phone rooms for all 4 rooms is not working well yet. Hopefully they will rectify asap. Also the security is very tight as each room card can only access to its own level which can be a hassle to those who has multiple rooms on seperate floors😅. They even have a kids room and pool at level 3! 🥰 which is great for families. Above all, the services, the staffs and the facilities and the location are superb! Definitely recommended!
