It's very nice to stay here, the staff is helpful, and the staff outside always helps to carry the suitcase to the taxi. Thank you for Miss Angel (lounge) always take care us & Madam Yang Jiaqun (room service) always make my room clean :)
A few minutes walk from 2 subway stations and several bus stops. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. We were provided with fresh supplies of bottled water every day, which was great. A varied breakfast offering was available, and I managed to try most items over the 9 days we spent there. However, bathrobes and towels were too small for a larger person like myself, and it was too difficult to make myself understood to the cleaning staff. Surprisingly few staff spoke English, considering the hotel caters to a lot of foreigners.
Poor cleanliness, the staff doesn't understand anything, unfriendly, the room was quite old and untidy. They dont even makeup the room nicely. Finding any grocery store or food place nearby is quite a task. The breakfast was terrible. If asked anything to the staff, they felt funny may be as if we come from another planet. They should mention that the hotel is ONLY FOR CHINESE guests and any other nationalities and not welcomed
