A special mention to Soloman on the front desk for his patience, calmness and all-round support in resolving my hotel stay. Thank heavens his English is Way Better than my Portugese (ZERO!) he discovered a duplicate booking for another Mecure. Issue resolved and a big thank you for your help Soloman. Great rooms, great breakfast and the Grand Salmon for dinner, my word, delicious! Thanks again, highly recommend a stay here.
The location is amazing and the staff wonderful,, the room quality is not the best but it’s clean ,,, the floor and bathroom is very average and below considering international standards… however it’s very clean,, I recommend this hotel for its staff the Brazilian people are very friendly and welcoming,, I will have to do a shout out for Sergio and Paolo they were great and really wanna help and do the best ,. Thank you Belem ♥️
This is not really like a four or five star hotel. And it is not really good value for money from my point of view. Rooms are very plain without any charm (dirty iron, no coathangers, no drinking water!) and Service is not really committed. However, it is nicely located in the city center.
