Grand Mercure Beppu Bay Resort & Spa

It’s very noisy at night cause there’s an event a pool party in the hotel. The music is too loud I would like to go to sleep right away because we are tired on the trip from Aichiken to Oita destination. But i didn’t sleep well cause the pool party’s music and the other costumers voice too noisy If you want to sleep early at night this hotel is not for you. Think it twice first. Although the staff are friendly and great view but I choose not to come back again.

We had just arrived from a tiring 6 h flight but staying at Grand Mercure Beppu certainly rejuvenated us. When we arrived, we were welcomed with plenty full of drinks and snacks at the lobby lounge. Check in was smooth and the room assigned to us was clean and tastefully decorated. Buffet dinner and breakfast food selection was wide and delicious. Do check out the onsen too! My family truly enjoyed our stay there.

Depending on what you are looking for, hotel is nice and situated in a nice location if You are driving, a good little walk to the train though if you plan on exploring downtown and then walking/training back. Lounge is great especially with the free alcohol (definitely keep this going). Will Definitely book again.
