Staff at the hotel were helpful and friendly - nice that most spoke English since my Portuguese is limited at best. Rooms were clean and the breakfast was really good with lots of options. Rooftop pool and fitness area is a nice plus.

The room is spacious and has everything you need for a short or long stay, the service room is good but could be faster, the reception is amazing, the amenities such as breakfast and pool are excellent. I'm. Staying in this hotel from now on every time that I need to go to Brasília.

Disappointing Experience. Wouldn’t Recommend I stayed here recently and, unfortunately, the experience fell far below expectations. Several issues made the stay uncomfortable: The room safe didn’t work and took over a day to be fixed. The TV and Wi-Fi were also non-functional for a significant portion of my stay. There was a visible hole in the back door leading outside, which felt unsafe. The worst part was being unexpectedly charged R$430 for a friend who visited me briefly for drinks one night. This was after having the same friend over on two previous nights without issue or warning. No clear policy was explained to me at check-in, and I only found out when I was suddenly charged at reception. The situation felt arbitrary and unfair. Receptionist Ethan explained that a manager probably approved it, but when asked, he refused to get a manager. Not only this... but when I got to the room I bought for no reason, the shower head wasn't even attached. I raised all of this with staff and even emailed the hotel directly, but received no apology, no explanation, and no compensation. They admitted it was their fault, however they would not do anything about this. Would not return or recommend based on this experience. Very dissapointed.
