The hotel is absolutely beautiful and perfectly located. The staff is exceptional—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go the extra mile to assist. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the overall atmosphere is very welcoming. The Vietnamese restaurant serves delicious food, and the cappuccino coffee is especially tasty. The gym facilities are also excellent and well-maintained. Special thanks to Huy and the entire team for making our stay so pleasant. Highly recommended for anyone visiting!

My recent stay at the Grand Mercure Đà Nẵng was, for the most part, quite pleasant. The hotel itself is well-maintained, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, providing a relaxing environment after a day of exploring. The amenities were good, and the general atmosphere of the hotel was welcoming. However, the entire experience was unfortunately overshadowed and ultimately ruined by the incredibly rude staff at the bar. As an Accor Plus Gold Member, I was looking forward to redeeming my complimentary drink vouchers. Instead, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful attitudes from the bar staff. Their lack of professionalism and outright rudeness made what should have been a simple and enjoyable perk into an incredibly frustrating and disappointing encounter. While the rest of the hotel staff I interacted with were generally polite, this specific incident at the bar left a lasting negative impression. It's a shame that such an otherwise good hotel has a service gap in a key area like this, especially for loyal members. I hope the hotel addresses this issue to ensure a consistent and positive experience for all guests.
