I want to give my humble feedback on our recent stay. Greeted with a warm and welcoming smile by Lin at the reception. Nothing short of pure excellence delivered by her. She took the time to patiently walk us through all the available options and amenities, ensuring we had everything we needed to begin our stay on a high note. The rooms cleaned to perfection and the dinner was stunning. It’s safe to say that team aims and delivers beyond expectation when it comes to guest experience. We are truly grateful for the excellent hospitality and will most certainly be returning soon!

The Grand Mercure Dubai City hotel left pleasant impressions! Modern rooms, cleanliness, convenient location and excellent service - everything is at the high level. I was especially pleased with the comfortable bed, after which you feel rested. Special thanks to the Lin for her help! Thanks to her, check-in was quick and without unnecessary waiting, and we were also able to check in earlier, which was very nice after a long flight. Such an attentive approach makes staying at the hotel even more enjoyable. I recommend the Grand Mercure Dubai City to everyone who appreciates quality, comfort and professional service!
