I really enjoyed my stay here. Even though it was only for one night, it was short and sweet. My room was spacious and well equipped. I made use of the gym during my stay and the leisure facilities in the hotel were impressive. The breakfast buffet was extensive and catered for all tastes. The staff were friendly and attentive throughout.
Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni is the place to be, centrally located but most importantly the service is great and friendly. Everything was so smooth and courteous. We especially enjoyed the breakfast mostly because Ms Nadia, her hospitality and service with a friendly smile is a wonderful start to the day ahead.
Location of the hotel is great. the room was very spacious with a beautiful city view. the staff was very friendly. the food was fantastic, big portion & good taste. Me and my family certainly be staying here again !
