very recommended hotel with amazing service and food. always be as a favorite accommodation trip for business or family trip, you can enjoy the view around city specially at high floor. Excellent experience you get when you stay in Saturday nite and get the BBQ time at restaurant. Cant wait for the Mall opening soon.

Absolutely loved my stay here! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. I shared some laughs and cheeky conversations with Dimas , Andri, and others staffs who went above and beyond to make my first trip to Lampung truly memorable. Their genuine warmth and helpfulness really stood out. The hotel itself was comfortable and well-maintained, but it was the exceptional service that made all the difference. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lampung – you won't be disappointed!

The room was very nice and clean. The lobby, pool and other areas are beutiful. But when I arrived, no one helped me with my bags or greated me at the enterence. When I got inside the glass doors, the staff pointed to the elevators (that took me up to the lobby). They where not busy. Not a five star experience at all. The food was not good eather. The bread was very dry and the other breakfast options where not great. The most suprising thing was that the staff tried to make my husband give the hotel a five star review! They watched him and tried to ”help” him doing just that. That makes me think that some reviews here are not real. If the estetics is the most important to you, this is a great place! If you want great service, to feel like a valued guest and have a great meal, I recommend one of the great 4 star options in Lampung instead.
