One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch – friendly, helpful, and professional staff made us feel so welcome. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a long day. The facilities are excellent – from the beautiful pool area to the well-equipped gym and relaxing spa. It’s clear the hotel maintains a high standard in everything they offer. I stayed here with my wife, and we were both extremely pleased with the experience. Whether you’re coming here for a family vacation or a honeymoon, this hotel is highly recommended. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Grand Mercure Malang Mirama I really enjoyed my stay at Grand Mercure Malang. The hotel is clean, modern, and beautiful. The room was big, the bed was very comfy, and I loved the view from the window. The staff were kind and helpful. The food at breakfast and dinner was very tasty, with many choices. The swimming pool was great, and the gym was nice too. The hotel is in a quiet area, but it’s still close to fun places in Malang. I would love to stay here again!
