Grand Mercure Mysore

While staying at the Grand Mercure in Mysore it was pleasant, and the service was great. The rooms were spacious for two people and the cleaning staff were great. Even if the signs on the room were off, they would ask us if we needed anything extra. There were many options for food in the breakfast, lunch, and dinner buffet. They had both Indian and western food options on the menu. To get to the floor of our room a key card had to be scanned, which made me safe while staying there. The outdoor area on the rooftop was beautiful and had nice seating areas to relax. For shopping next to the lobby area, they had a gift shop that sold souvenirs and clothing.

Had a wonderful stay! The room was excellent — clean, comfortable, and very well priced. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide variety of tasty options. Special thanks to Mr. Mukherjee for his exceptional service — he personally shared his contact number when the in-room phone wasn’t working, which was very thoughtful. Also, a shout-out to Tapas at the restaurant who helped me choose the perfect dishes based on my taste. Great hospitality overall. Highly recommended!
