We had a really lovely stay at the Grand Mercure. The team made us feel very welcome, Guest Relations went above and beyond which made our stay extra special. The room was comfortable, spacious and had a great view of the park. The breakfast we looked forward to every morning.
Beautiful hotel with great service and ammenities. The rooms are large and comfortable, although the bathroom layout is a little awkward. Breakfast was amazing! The location is quite central to reach many parts of the city, but it’s on a major road, so not walkable.
The hotel offers an excellent breakfast, and the location is perfect for getting around São Paulo. The check-in process could be improved to make it faster, but overall, the service is very good!
