Grand Mercure Xiamen Downtown Free Welcome Fruit & Metro Station

I really love the staff at the Grand Mercure Xiamen. They were very nice and helpful, despite the fact that we kept bothering them for advise and booking of tickets. Everyone down to the tea server in the lobby was very nice and chatty. The location is very central, near the metro station with some good food area the vicinity. Traveling to the Airport and the Interstate train station is also very convenient on the taxis. The rooms are clean although the toilet design is a-little unique I would say. Overall I love the hotel, it is affordable and provides tremendous value.

Excellent hotel in the heart of island, good maintanence, quiet and clean environment. Wide spread of scrumptious buffet with Chinese and few western options. Metro station entrance is just ahead of hotel exit

frond desk officer does not speak english, fortunately front office manager named Akon Yan does speak english and very helpful. I can say he provide excellent hospitality during our stay in the hotel. When have a chance back to xiamen, surely I will come back to stay in the hotel
