Grand Mercure Zhengzhou West

The hotel was very new. We stayed there one night. The breakfast was very good. The facilities were awesome. Everything is modern and high tech. The hotel was very clean. Some staffs spoke perfect English. The room was huge. The only bad thing was that it is located super far from the city

Perhaps because it is located on the outskirts of Zhengzhou, I stayed at a reasonable price compared to the hotel's level. It's only been open for about 6 months, so it's a new building, and above all, the facilities in the rooms, large swimming pool, gym, table tennis, and pocket balls are all great. The only downside is that since it is a newly built neighborhood, there is a lack of surrounding infrastructure! Other than this. It's number one. Cost-effective! Awesome!

Nice new hotel. The only problem is that the air conditioner temperature in the room cannot be adjusted as it is fixed at 28 degree Celsius. Have to open the window to cool down the room. Would have given 5 stars if the air con temperature is adjustable.
