The hotel's location is perfect, at the center of Nizami Street. The rooms are clean but small, the HK staff is wonderful, a special thank you to Mrs. Ilham from HK, she was v. kind & helpful. The staff in general was great. In regards to breakfast, we were satisfied with the choices. The only thing we had a problem with was the shower, as it would leak water on the floor, so maintenance is in order.

When checking in there was one person checking out arguing with reception regarding mini par usage. When checking out they did the same to me, accusing me of using the mini par, which we did not touch. Saying that most customers are layers. Very unprofessional way of dealing with customers. Room too small, breakfast not good, and not good customer service.
