Grand Midwest Hotel Apartments

The hotel staff is untrained and unprofessional.. The breakfast is very cheap and low quality. The names of dishes are not displayed. The veg and non-veg. items are all mixed up on one table. The paid telephone facility is not available on the hotel reception. The reception staff is very non-cooperative and unconcerned. They don't bother to tell pickup drivers about the guests. The guests and the drivers are left in trouble. I recommend public to never book this hotel. No complimentary drinking water facility in room is there. Fridge is not working. No Tea/Coffee facility in room.

Soo bad!!!! worst then one star its sooo bad!! Dirty and the house keeping dosnt clean your room they litterly didnt clean our room once and we stayed for 5 days worst of the worst and the air conditioning in the room is so bad and hot even tho we trun it to thw highest level. And small parking for thw cars only for 10 cars barley i feel awful that i booked this hotel sorry not a hotel a garbage for my family plz dont even think of booking this hotel .u cant even sleep because the pillow is so bad and hard

Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. The hotel is quite frankly disgusting. The rooms are extremely smelly and unclean. The bathroom is digusting, and thats not mentioning the cockraches who were crashing with us as well. I would have preffered to spend the night in my car
